Are you a visual storyteller who thrives on translating big ideas into scroll-stopping content? Do you love the challenge of making food look irresistible on screen? We’re Planthood - a fast-growing health food company in the UK. Our mission is to help people eat more plant-based whole foods and transform their health in the process. We’re now looking for a creative and technically brilliant Videographer to join our in-house creative team, in a freelance or part-time capacity.
OPPORTUNITY
- Full-Time (Open to part-time / freelance candidates)
- Salary: Competitive based on experience
- Location: Hybrid - mix of remote and at our HQ in Bethnal Green
As our Videographer, you’ll own the production of all video content across organic and paid channels. From capturing beautifully lit recipe shots in our studio to crafting high-performing ad creatives, you’ll play a key role in growing the brand and telling our story.
THE ROLE:
- Direct and shoot content in our East London studio and on location when needed
- Operate camera, lighting and audio gear with professional precision (iPhone and DSLR/mirrorless cameras)
- Lead pre-production: create visual treatments, storyboards and shot lists
- Edit engaging, on-brand videos with a strong sense of pace and narrative
- Apply colour grading and sound design to final content
- Maintain a clean and efficient media library: back-ups, asset organisation and naming conventions
ABOUT YOU:
- 3+ years experience in content creation, ideally for DTC or food/lifestyle brands
- Strong portfolio showcasing direct-to-camera, UGC-style, and polished branded content
- Expert in Premiere Pro or similar editing software
- Excellent eye for composition, light and motion
- Understanding of how to craft content that performs on Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Obsessed with food, storytelling, and content trends
- Highly organised with a sharp attention to detail and quality
