Job Purpose: The National Recruitment Manager is responsible for leading, coordinating, and overseeing all activities within the Regional Resourcing team. The key aspect of this role is to ensure the recruitment and delivery of quality operators as required, along with leading the in-house recruitment across the business. The National Recruitment Manager will play a key strategic role in enhancing the company’s service offering to customers by ensuring the Regional Resourcing team delivers consistent, high-quality, and efficient service.
