Plantforce Rentals Ltd in Weston-Super-Mare is seeking a Hire Desk Controller to join our fast-paced Hire Desk team. You will be the main point of contact for major account customers, coordinating on hire and off hire from initial request through to invoicing.
You will arrange hire contracts, liaise with Customers, Transport, Sales and Workshop, answer queries by phone and email, monitor contracts and invoicing, and build strong customer relationships.
