Job Purpose: This role will involve being part of our dynamic and supportive sales team and being responsible for driving the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive approach to market analysis, lead generation, and sales strategy implementation.
Main Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor solutions that meet customer needs.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as needed.
- Acquire and maintain an in-depth product knowledge.
- Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and challenges.
- Share insights and feedback from clients to inform product/service improvements.
