Please note: This is a seasonal role (Fixed-Term Contract) supporting our plant maintenance team from June to the end of August. Your Impact: As a Plant Care Assistant, you’ll help bring workplaces to life by caring for both indoor and outdoor plant displays throughout the summer period. Your work will ensure plants look healthy, welcoming, and professionally maintained. From watering exterior displays to carrying out light maintenance indoors, your role will directly shape the first impressions clients, employees, and visitors have when they enter these spaces.

Working as part of a supportive and experienced team, you’ll be trusted to deliver a consistently high standard of service while building confidence and skills through hands-on experience. With full training provided, you’ll be set up for success from day one, learning the right techniques, tools, and standards to care for plants properly and confidently represent the business in this onsite based role with our customers.

You will be a great fit if you have:

  • An interest in plants, gardening, or green spaces, no formal experience required as full training will be provided
  • Enjoyment of practical, hands-on work across a mix of indoor and outdoor environments
  • A professional, friendly, and approachable manner when working within client offices
  • The reliability to follow a planned schedule and travel between different client locations
  • Attention to detail and pride in leaving plant displays clean, tidy, and well presented
  • A willingness to learn how to use watering equipment, including water meters and sprays
  • A positive, customer-focused attitude and the ability to work well as part of a wider team
  • A valid driving license and are comfortable operating a company van in London
