This is a pivotal role designed to bring structure, discipline, and delivery certainty to installation planning. Your coverage will span across ensuring labour, materials, logistics, and timelines are fully aligned to commercial commitments and operational capability.

  • Act as the planning interface driving alignment and clarity.
  • Challenge unrealistic timelines and commitments with fact-based alternatives.
  • Establish clear planning KPIs and improve visibility of performance and forward risks.
  • Introduce simple, robust planning disciplines that stabilise delivery and reduce reactive firefighting.

Requirements: You will be a great fit if you have:

  • Strong planning experience within FMCG or similarly fast-paced operational environments.
  • Proven experience owning and running complex operational plans under tight deadlines.
  • Experience planning labour-intensive operations, with a track record of stabilising or resetting planning functions.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge senior teams constructively.
  • Experience in project-led or installation-based operations.
  • Experience working with third-party contractors or subcontractors.
  • A calm approach to your work to ensure structure, efficiency, effective communication and bringing a team together to have a bias for delivery.
  • A data-focused mindset and strong analytical capability.
