Responsibilities

  • Install Planteria Projects at client sites according to agreed project plans.
  • Follow project guidelines and work collaboratively as part of a team to complete installations.
  • Communicate confidently and professionally with clients during the installation process.
  • Proactively identify potential challenges onsite and work with your line manager to find solutions.
  • Use handheld devices accurately to record progress and follow required procedures to ensure timely, successful installations.
  • Follow all required health & safety processes.
  • Carry out physical tasks, including lifting and installing beautiful plant displays.

Qualifications

  • A strong ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, contributing positively to group objectives while also demonstrating professionalism and reliability in all interactions.
  • A good level of physical fitness, enabling you to carry out manual handling tasks safely and effectively as part of the installation process.
  • Practical, hands-on capability with a reasonable level of DIY competence, including familiarity with tools and equipment required for installation work.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, allowing you to interact professionally with clients and internal colleagues, ensuring smooth coordination and efficient project delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to assess onsite challenges, think logically under pressure, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure high-quality outcomes.
  • You have experience working in a similar industry, which may include (but is not limited to): commercial or interior fit-out, building services, construction, renovation, landscaping, horticultural installations, infrastructure, manufacturing, or industrial environments.

Flexible Working

  • Availability to work outside of standard hours during client installations if needs arise.
  • Weekend availability if required to support installation demands.
