Your Impact:

  • You’ll play a key role in shaping a smooth, engaging employee journey while supporting managers and driving people excellence across the business.
  • Deliver a seamless onboarding experience - coordinate pre-employment checks, vetting, and inductions in partnership with L&D and hiring managers.
  • Be a trusted advisor to managers - provide first-line guidance on people queries and support employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, absence, performance) alongside the HR Business Partner.
  • Build strong relationships - develop a deep understanding of teams to spot trends, challenges, and opportunities early.
  • Use data to drive decisions - analyse people metrics (attrition, engagement, performance) and turn insights into meaningful action.
  • Keep HR operations running smoothly - maintain HRIS data, manage employee lifecycle changes, and oversee benefits and admin processes with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Continuously improve processes - identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual or inefficient ways of working.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition - ensure a smooth, high-quality post-offer journey through to day one and beyond.
  • Enhance employee experience - contribute to engagement initiatives, survey follow-ups, and ongoing improvements.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • CIPD Level 3 (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in a HR Generalist, Administrator, or similar role.
  • Experience using HR systems and managing employee data and documentation.
  • Practical knowledge of applying employment law and implementing changes.
  • Experience using people data (e.g. engagement, attrition, performance) to inform decisions.
  • Exposure to People/HR initiatives such as engagement, culture, or organisational change.
  • Experience working in fast-paced or evolving environments, with the ability to improve or build processes.

Tech & Tools:

  • Experience with HRIS platforms (HiBob experience is a plus).
  • Bonus: familiarity with ATS platforms (ideally Ashby) to support post-offer processes.
