Today, as well as providing stunning planting solutions, we also run a premium corporate floristry service and create impressive project work, from roof gardens to living walls.
The opportunity
This role focuses on looking after our plants in client premises in London. Our technicians provide excellent customer service and are knowledgeable about the maintenance and care of the exterior planting.
This is an independent role which involves early starts each day, taking ownership for plant maintenance at several client sites, on a seasonal roster. Technicians are a team of like-minded plant specialists who meet regularly both online and in person and form part of a regional team which operates in four different parts of London.
Key deliverables
- Maintain Stunning Outdoor Displays: You’ll be responsible for caring for a variety of external plant displays at multiple client sites each day, ensuring every location looks its absolute best.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: You’ll be the friendly face our clients see, providing excellent service, completing site reports, and keeping accurate records using our company systems.
- Collaborate with a Supportive Team: Work closely with your Team Leader and Line Manager to ensure all routes are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Your input and teamwork will help us continually improve our service.
- Champion Safety: You’ll always work safely, following all risk assessments and method statements, and helping to maintain our excellent safety record.
Location & Hours
The role is offered on an initial 6-month fixed term contract working 40 hours per week, based out of our HQ in Henham (CM22 6AA), enjoying a rural location where lunch is provided onsite daily and ample parking. The role also offers 1 day per week working from home.

- Eager to Learn: Some horticultural knowledge is a plus, but don’t worry if you’re not an expert, we provide full training!
- Physically Active: You’re able to use watering cans, stepladders, and stools as part of your daily routine, and you enjoy being on the move.
