The opportunity:

Due to a period of sustained business growth, we are seeking to recruit Field Service Technicians who will focus on looking after our plants in client offices in the Darlington/Durham and surrounding areas. Our technicians provide excellent customer service and are knowledgeable about the maintenance and care of office plants.

This is an independent role which involves early starts each day, taking ownership for plant maintenance at several client sites, on a 3 week rota. Technicians are part of a regional team of like-minded plant specialists who meet regularly both online and in person. contribute to

Location & Hours: London 42.5hours per week with 30 minute unpaid break

The role is permanent and you will be based at our client sites across the Darlington, Durham and Middlesborough area enjoying a variety of stunning office locations.

Key deliverables:

  • Maintain to a high standard internal plant displays at a number of client sites every day
  • Provide excellent customer service, including completing site reports and maintaining accurate data in our company systems
  • Work with your line manager and scheduler to ensure all rounds are completed efficiently and accurately
  • Work safely and in line with all risk assessments and method statements
  • A passion for plants and horticulture
  • Previous experience in Horticulture and/or Plant Maintenance
  • A full clean driving license if a driving technician but walking option is available
  • A Highly organised person
  • Must be able to connect well and build rapport with customers, colleagues and the wider Planteria team.
