The opportunity: Due to sustained business growth, we are recruiting Field Service Technicians to care for our plants in client offices in Bristol and surrounding areas. These technicians provide excellent customer service and are knowledgeable about plant maintenance and care. This is an independent role involving early starts, taking ownership of plant maintenance at multiple client sites on a 3-week rota. Technicians are part of a regional team of plant specialists who meet regularly, both online and in person.
Location & Hours: Based in Bristol, 42.5 hours per week with a 30-minute unpaid break. The role is permanent, with work across various office locations in Bristol.
Key deliverables:
- Maintain high standards of internal plant displays at several client sites daily.
- Provide excellent customer service, complete site reports, and maintain accurate data in our systems.
- Coordinate with your line manager and scheduler to ensure efficient and accurate round completion.
- Work safely, adhering to all risk assessments and method statements.
Ideal candidate qualities include:
- A passion for plants and horticulture.
- Previous experience in horticulture and/or plant maintenance.
- A full clean driving license for driving technicians; walking options available.
- Highly organized with strong communication skills to connect and build rapport with customers, colleagues, and the team.
