The opportunity: We are seeking to recruit a Christmas Co-Ordinator who will monitor all incoming enquiries via email and telephone. Provide quotations to clients and collate all orders (processing manual and bespoke orders) through the online order portal. The role will adapt and vary as the Christmas season approaches, starting with client facing and then leading into scheduling of orders and supplier communication through fulfilment. Flexibility to also be on standby to monitor calls on weekends during the beginning of December.
Location & Hours: The role is offered on an initial fixed term if you are able to start in July (8 months) or August (7 months) and on a full-time basis (40 hours), based out of our HQ in Henham (CM22 6AA), enjoying a rural location, where lunch is provided onsite daily and ample parking.
What you will be doing:
- Be an integral part of our Christmas Tree installation and sales team
- Monitor department inbox
- Respond to all enquiries via email/phone
- Be the first response on the telephone
- Provide client quotations
- Liaise with Sub Contractors
- Communicate with customers to ensure they are always fully informed
- Accurate processing of orders
- Book in orders with customers
- Schedule upcoming deliveries and collections
What you will need:
- Candidates with previous administration / client facing (hospitality) experience who are pro-active, a team player and able to ensure fantastic customer service managing all aspects indicated above including:
- Customer Driven
- Ability to work under pressure
- An ability to problem solve
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive attitude and flexibility to changes as required
- Have great attention to detail
- An ability to prioritize workload
- MS Office: Word, Outlook and basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
