Your Impact: We are looking for an energetic, action-oriented Business Development Executive to help drive new business opportunities across our large, direct client base. This role is focused on outbound business development activities. You play an important role in identifying prospects, creating interest, and booking high-quality, qualified appointments for the Sales team. You will be comfortable communicating with clients via the phone, operating autonomously, and building strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Generate new business opportunities by proactively identifying and engaging decision-makers within large corporate organisations
- Work closely with the wider Sales Team to support growth across large direct accounts
- Conduct outbound calls and targeted email outreach to create interest and open conversations
- Book qualified appointments for the Sales team
- Build strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and identifying opportunities such as relocations, renewals, or organisational changes
- Navigate and scale opportunities within existing accounts while continuing to open new doors
- Attend customer events where appropriate to build pipeline and strengthen relationships
Requirements

- A positive, resilient attitude and a good sense of humour
- Experience in a corporate environment, demonstrating strong communication and people skills (desirable)
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, or another high-performance sales role (desirable)

Benefits
This is a part-time role (20 hours a week) and is based at our HQ in Henham, Bishop’s Stortford. The full-time equivalent package is circa £38,000 OTE (base + commission, approximately a 65/35 split); the actual base salary will be pro-rated for 20 hours per week.
