This role focuses on looking after our exterior plants in client premises in London. Our technicians provide excellent customer service and are knowledgeable about the maintenance and care of office plants. This is an independent role which involves early starts each day, taking ownership for plant maintenance at several client sites, on a seasonal rota. Technicians are part of a regional team of like-minded plant specialists who meet regularly both online and in person.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain to a high standard external plant displays at a number of client sites every day.
  • Provide excellent customer service, including completing site reports and maintaining accurate data in our company systems.
  • Work with your line manager to ensure all rounds are completed efficiently and accurately.
  • Work safely and in line with all risk assessments and method statements.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Able to navigate London in a company van.
  • Comfortable working independently but able to share knowledge and information with the wider team.
  • Able to orient yourself in large office buildings & exterior grounds.
  • Some specialist horticultural knowledge (but full training will be provided).
  • Physically able to use watering cans, stepladders, and stools as part of the daily job.
  • Experience working in the service industry is desirable.
  • Experience in planting or horticulture is desirable.
