Your Mission:
- You manage and grow strategic partnerships with top national and regional retailers in Italy.
- You negotiate first- and second-level contracts that align with our commercial strategy.
- You lead annual and mid-year negotiations on pricing, trade terms, promotions, and assortment.
- You monitor customer performance, identify opportunities and risks, and take corrective actions.
- You ensure outstanding execution at the point of sale through collaboration with category management and field sales.
- You analyze sales data and market trends to continuously improve customer strategy.
- You collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing for sustainable business growth.
- You act as the main contact for your customers, solving challenges and communicating proactively.
You:
- Hold a university degree in Business, Economics, or a related field; a Master’s is a plus.
- Bring 5+ years of experience in (National) Account Management within the FMCG sector in Italy.
- Have a strong track record with top-tier retailers and contract negotiations.
- Are preferably based in Central Italy.
- Combine analytical thinking with solid planning and data interpretation skills.
- Speak and write fluently in both Italian and English.
- Excel at building and maintaining relationships with senior retail stakeholders.
- Work in a result-driven, entrepreneurial, and hands-on way.
- Have experience with fresh, chilled, or short shelf-life food categories—this is a strong plus.
- Demonstrate proven ability to leverage AI to significantly increase personal productivity.
