Duties Supervise daily café activities, including food preparation & serving, juice bar, and grab-and-go areas Lead, train and motivate a diverse team, and support staff to deliver outstanding service Oversee food safety protocols and ensure compliance with health regulations Manage inventory, place orders as needed to maintain stock levels Ensure all customers receive warm, friendly, and efficient service Drive revenue, optimize costs, and manage labor to meet or exceed budget goals Requirements Proven supervising or management experience in a café, juice-bar, or hospitality environment with strong team management skills Hands-on experience with food preparation and barista duties Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and develop team members Strong communication skills to effectively interact with staff and customers Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Join us at Plant Shack Shoreditch.
