Description of Role
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Commercial Director.
You'll be central to the effectiveness of the commercial team, managing a broad mix of administrative, project and people-related work.
You will be privy to top-level, confidential information, and it is essential that you are always discreet and absolutely confidential.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Commercial Director's email and calendar, acting as gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Track and report on team numbers, KPIs, wins and losses, and follow up on outstanding actions from meetings and reports.
- Research products, ideas, costings and ROI to support decision-making.
- Coordinate meetings, take notes and drive accountability for follow-up actions.
- Draft correspondence, presentations and reports.
- Support HR processes including probation reviews, appraisals and skills matrix upkeep.
- Organise travel, hotels and team events, including venues and catering.
- Help document and run company systems and processes and lead smaller projects on the Director's behalf.
Essentials
- Highly organised, discreet and diligent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable managing shifting priorities under deadline pressure.
- Confident following people up and driving action independently.

- An enthusiastic adopter of AI in the workplace (desirable).
Minimum required experience
- PA/EA role: 4 years
- Educated to A-Level or above (desirable)
