The Role:
- Based at our Enfield site, you'll predominantly be working in central London.
- Monday to Friday role, 45 hours per week. Includes early starts.
- Occasional weekend work (paid as overtime).
- This role will require some flexibility to meet the requirements of our customers.
- Delivery and installation of plant displays, green walls, and feature trees.
- We're looking for fit, capable people with a strong can-do attitude and solutions mindset.
- A practical mindset is a must, this is a hands-on, physical role.
- You need to have great attention to detail, and take pride in your work.
- This role requires flexibility, organisational skills, and a high degree of customer service as you will need to communicate with the client and staff around the site.
The Person:
- Self-motivated, efficient, and able to manage your time and workload.
- Excellent people and customer service skills.
- The role is very hands-on and includes lifting/moving heavy items.
- A willingness to act on initiative and the ability to work to tight deadlines are a must.
- You will be a solution-focused individual, providing a top-level service at all times, with a desire to do whatever it takes and you will take pride in your work and a job well done.
- Working knowledge of using hand tools and fixing methods will be vital.
- Prior experience in Installations, Delivery or Horticulture-based roles is valuable.
