Join our busy Sales team! We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated Sales Administrator to be a part of our Sales Support team and help us execute our vision of providing a market-leading Interior Planting service to our customers.

About the Role: As a Sales Administrator you will be responsible for producing quotes and presentations for our customers, and you will work hand in hand with the Sales team to help give our customers the highest possible standard of design and service. You’ll need to be a friendly, hard-working, and focused person, capable of working efficiently and in a systemised, organised manner to turn tasks around quickly. You will need to be able to prioritise your own workload and juggle projects as required. Excellent written English is a must, and we need people who are both good communicators and have a keen eye for detail and what looks great. You will turn information from our Sales team into quotes, working closely with our Estimating team to ensure costing is accurate, and supporting our Design team in creating full proposals from the floorplans and other information provided. Technically, you will need to be a confident user of Microsoft software - especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Skills in Adobe Photoshop, while not essential, would be very useful too. To be clear, this is an in-office role, and applicants should be able and happy to come in to the office every day.
