We're hiring for a Maintenance Technician caring for beautiful plants - Plant Care Maintenance Technician - Royston, Baldock, or South Cambridgeshire – SG8 / SG7 / CB22)

Full-Time South Cambridgeshire £13.45 - £14.50 per hour Monday to Friday

The Role

Location: Field-Based (Ideal base: Royston, Baldock, or South Cambridgeshire – SG8 / SG7 / CB22)
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £13.45 per hour - £14.50 per hour DOE + Discretionary Quarterly Bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm
Requirements: Must hold a Clean UK Driving Licence

Living along this central hub gives you an exceptional base to manage your travel efficiently. With a flexible shift pattern of 7:00am to 3:30pm, this position is perfect for someone who enjoys getting an early start to beat the morning traffic, leaving your late afternoons completely free.

You will spend your days traveling between client locations in a provided company vehicle and will be responsible for keeping their plant displays looking fantastic and ensuring they receive an excellent level of customer service.

To ensure a manageable daily commute and easy access to your territory, the ideal candidate will be based in Royston, Baldock, or South Cambridgeshire – SG8 / SG7 / CB22. Living along this central hub gives you an exceptional base to manage your travel efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Territory Coverage: You'll be covering clients throughout East Anglia, Cambridgeshire, Essex, Hertfordshire, and Bedfordshire.

• Operational Excellence: Complete scheduled daily tasks, site visits, or client support to a high standard.

• Customer Service: Build strong relationships with your customers and make sure they receive an excellent level of customer service.

• Reporting: Maintain clear communication with the central team regarding site progress and client feedback.
