Plant Maintenance Tech / Horticulturist roles in Central London. Full‐time, Monday to Friday. Salary: £31,000 – £33,500 per year.

We are a long established, successful and rapidly growing business which focuses on our staff and in providing our customers with a great service and beautiful planting. Due to growth and winning new contracts we currently have exciting vacancies in Central London.

Overview of role

You will be 'Field‐based', maintaining and caring for both interior and exterior plant displays on our customers' premises. This includes watering, cleaning, pruning, pest control, and replacement of any plants that are not up to standard. Our Field‐based Technicians travel from home to their customers each day. This is an excellent opportunity for people who like to be out and about, would love working with plants, and who enjoy meeting people.

Our Ideal Candidate

You should be a self‐motivated, efficient person who can effectively manage your time and workload and enjoy giving great customer service. As the face of Plant Plan, it will be beneficial if you have good people skills, as you will be the friendly 'face' and an ambassador for the company. You will need to be physically fit, as the role is hands‐on and can include lifting/moving heavy items. It will be very beneficial if you have an interest in plants and enjoy working with them. Additionally, you should be able to organise yourself and have a desire to learn. A willingness to act on your own initiative and work to deadlines are important.
