You will be supporting a team of project managers and will be their go‑to hero to help keep everything moving forwards. In the bigger picture, we are going through a period of major systems and process improvement and you will be an integral part of this. Your experience in efficient administration in a busy environment will be invaluable in helping us evolve the way we do things to become much more effective at delivering top notch service to our customers and colleagues.
DAY TO DAY
Your role will be supporting all stages of our sales order delivery process, from planning through to installation. You will assist with creating future plans and delivery schedules. You will be organising transport and creating loading schedules – it will be your responsibility to collaborate with production and warehouse to ensure that all materials arrive on site in time. You will be the one to give the installers and subcontractors all the details they need for their upcoming work. You will stay on top of important details such as approving accuracy of time clockings and updating completed orders so they can be invoiced. The work is varied and the role is busy – you will need to be all over it.
ABOUT YOU
You will have at least several successful years’ experience working in a sales order or project admin role. Your experience will be in environments with short‑lead time and complex sales orders. You will be accustomed to remaining effective while juggling multiple demands on your time.

This growth is exciting but challenging – it pushes us to be better in every area of our operation. We have recently restructured our project delivery team and this is a new role that has been created with the goal of achieving specific improvements in customer service and improving our on time delivery standards.
