The predicted salary is between 48000 - 55000 £ per year.
We are a busy, fast-moving company providing planting for commercial clients, primarily into offices, hotels, and restaurants. We cover the UK and Ireland, and have sites in both Leicester and London, with Project Delivery staff based at both sites.
You will carry overall responsibility for the whole Project Delivery team and its performance across all locations, and some travel to sites will be required. This team is responsible for the warehouse and stock management, production, and installation of new jobs along with associated planning and administration necessary to achieve the above.
Responsibilities:- Lead and represent the team, taking ownership of its performance and direction.
- Team development, recruitment, training, 1:1s, and performance management.
- Drive a culture of high-performance, professionalism, and safe working.
- Own your KPIs and deliverables, ensuring consistent tracking, reporting, and accountability.
- Take full responsibility for the department budget and P&L, including cost control and GBS programme representation.
- Improve, establish, and document processes, ensuring the team has the tools and systems to perform effectively.
- Embrace and foster Plant Plans culture and values, and drill these into your team.
- An enthusiastic, energetic 'people person' who’s a great leader.
