About the Role
Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week with required flexibility to meet customer demands. Key member of the Installs and Operations teams, responsible for installing planting and green wall schemes across London from our depot in North London.
Responsibilities
- Install, plant and set up a variety of schemes including green walls, moss and living walls, office fit‑outs with live and replica plants.
- Communicate with clients and site staff to ensure installations meet customer requirements.
- Work with hand tools and fixings, lift and move heavy items safely.
- Ensure all jobs are delivered as per customer requirements before handing over to the Maintenance team.
- Maintain depot readiness and manage installation materials efficiently.
The Person
- Self‑motivated, efficient and able to manage time and workload.
- Excellent people and customer service skills; friendly, professional ambassador for the company.
- Willing to act on initiative and work to tight deadlines.
- Passionate about plants and eager to learn more.
- Hands‑on role that involves lifting and moving heavy items.
Qualifications
- Installation experience: 1 year (required).
- Driving licence (preferred).
- Experience in commercial office planting or working as part of a plant installations team is advantageous.
- Knowledge of hand tools and fixing methods.
