Location: Based in Enfield

Hourly rate - £14.80

Contracted hours - 45 hours per week, Mon-Fri (07:00 - 4:30)

Who We Are: Plant Plan is a well-renowned and respected operator within the Indoor Landscaping sector, specialising in interior planting, green walls, and floral displays. We bring the outside inside, using amazing live and replica plants, foliage, and biophilic design knowledge to create beautiful spaces where people want to work.

The Role: Based at our Enfield site, you'll predominantly be working in central London. This role will require some flexibility to meet the requirements of our customers.

  • Delivery and installation of plant displays, green walls, and feature trees.
  • Includes early starts and occasional weekend work (paid as overtime).

We're looking for fit, capable people with a strong can-do attitude and solutions mindset. A practical mindset is a must, this is a hands-on, physical role. You need to have great attention to detail and take pride in your work. This role requires flexibility, organisational skills, and a high degree of customer service as you will need to communicate with the client and staff around the site.

The Person: Self-motivated, efficient, and able to manage your time and workload. Excellent people and customer service skills. The role is very hands-on and includes lifting/moving heavy items. A willingness to act on initiative and the ability to work to tight deadlines are a must. You will be a solution-focussed individual, providing a top-level service at all times, with a desire to do whatever it takes and you will take pride in your work and a job well done. Working knowledge of using hand tools and fixing methods will be vital. Prior experience in Installations, Delivery or Horticulture-based roles is valuable.
