Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) to Sales Director
Location: Enderby, Leicester (LE19 4SG)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week (08:00–16:30)
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our Sales Director. This dynamic role involves managing a wide range of tasks to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the Sales Director and their team. You will handle confidential information, ensuring discretion and professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor sales KPIs, highlighting wins and losses.
- Manage email and calendar activities for the Sales Director.
- Conduct research, cost analysis, and ROI calculations.
- Assist with HR activities (e.g., appraisals, investigations, skills tracking).
- Coordinate and document company systems and processes.
- Plan and manage team events and travel arrangements.
- Create and manage presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Act as a gatekeeper and communication liaison for the Sales Director.
