We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Depot Supervisor to lead our warehouse operation in Enfield
Full-Time Enfield Β£32,500 - Β£35,000 per year 40
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Depot Supervisor to lead our warehouse operation in Enfield. In this role you will be responsible for stock coming in and out of the depot, caring for live planting stock on-site, ensuring the depot is kept tidy, neat and well organised, assisting with loading and unloading deliveries, and assisting with other tasks and duties as and when required to support the wider team.
Responsibilities

Managing stock levels, ensuring accurate stock control, and maintaining the care and condition of materials.

Taking receipt of and processing deliveries efficiently and accurately.

Processing orders and coordinating the movement of materials to support operational requirements.

Maintaining a tidy, organised, and safe workspace in line with health and safety standards.

Assisting with production, installations, and other operational activities as required.

Undertaking ancillary tasks necessary to ensure the business operates successfully.

Supporting and motivating the the wider team to achieve high standards of performance and efficiency.

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimising warehouse workflows.

Previous experience overseeing a small storage and production space.

A background in horticulture and experience caring for plants.

Excellent organisational skills and a passion for maintaining a neat and tidy working environment.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
