Our products and services include plants for hire, venue decor, seasonal displays and bespoke production services rooted in a passion for living plants and horticultural expertise.

Our Project and Event Sales Managers are responsible for handling enquiries and finding new business opportunities, resulting in effective selling of our services to a range of event clients; from conferences and corporate events, to brand activations and live productions. Following pricing guidelines, as well as coming up with bespoke proposals, the objective of this role is to maximise sales of our greenery products and decor services, contributing to a large proportion of our revenue.

It’s a fast-paced and exciting role within a rapidly growing company. You will be working on several quotes and projects simultaneously, so you will need to be organised, efficient and reliable. Our ideal candidate will be someone with experience in a sales role, who is great at building relationships and can ensure our clients are getting the most out of our services. Plus experience working in the events industry or production would be desirable in order to gain an understanding of the creative nature of event production and decor installations.

This role will be based in our sales office in Farringdon, with a mix of onsite work including participation in event installations and appointments with clients. There is also flexibility to work from home after passing probation, limited to a set amount of hours per week.

Objectives & Responsibilities:
  • Responding to client briefs and inbound enquiries, including preparing quotations for plant hire as well as creative proposals and costings for bespoke event displays.
  • Develop new business across a range of event clients, including creative agencies, event production companies and high-profile event venues to grow client base and increase revenue streams.
  • Working to achieve sales targets and KPI’s.
  • Processing orders for new sales and project managing events from concept through to completion, involving working with internal departments to oversee the design, procurement, and installation phases.
  • Connecting other areas of the business with potential sales leads and cross-selling our range of services.
Candidate skills and experience:
  • 2+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience with the event industry and preferably project management with production/installation work.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Strong ability to create opportunities and manage own time/tasks.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, namely PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Although not essential, experience with plants and greenery is a bonus.

This is a full-time role based between our Farringdon office and onsite at various client sites and event venues. Base salary starting at £38k per annum plus commission on hitting sales targets (OTE £50K+).

You will be joining a hard-working and friendly team, so if you want to work towards our goals and help to bring the power of plants to events, we would love to hear from you! Please send a CV and cover letter explaining why you are the right candidate for the role.
