Plant Design's are London's foremost design-led plant experts, providing quality service to workspace and events. We design, install and care for some of the city's most innovative interior plant displays, working with over 350 client's to bring the benefits of planting to their buildings.
The Role:
We are looking for talented horticulturalists to join our team in providing horticultural services to a diverse range of clients. This involves routine visits across various commercial spaces and offices around Central London to maintain interior plant displays.
Responsibilities:
- To provide plant care to a range of interior plants ensuring that all displays are maintained to the highest quality and looking their best. Responsibilities include watering, pruning, cleaning and biological pest control.
- Delivering excellent customer service to our clients and working in a professional manner at all times while visiting various sites across London.
- Following designated shifts and working to the timings and locations as outlined by your maintenance schedule.
- Working independently to fulfill your schedule and carry out day to day tasks.
- Having a proactive approach to both plant care and customer care.
Requirements:
- Certified horticultural qualifications and experience working with tropical indoor plants.
- Experience in customer service or client facing role desirable
- Health & Safety awareness
- Physical ability to lift and move items safely
- Ability to work under own initiative and work flexible hours. This includes working on weekends and early mornings.
- IT Literate and fluent in written and spoken English
- Good communication & people skills
- Right to work in the UK
This is a full-time role where you will be rewarded with a salary of £30,000 plus a travel allowance, uniform and tools to carry out your job. Plus continual opportunity to progress within the role.
