Job Description We are looking for an experienced, focused and energetic Events Project Manager, with a passion for live events and horticultural design to join our rapidly expanding Business Development team. You will work to help create original concepts and provide stunning event plant displays and Christmas. Objectives & Responsibilities: Responding to client briefs and inbound enquiries. Creating opportunities and building your own network of contacts. Regular in-person client site visits and meetings. Preparing quotations for planting hire, working with our graphics team and designers in creating proposals and costings for bespoke event displays. Ensuring that we create concise proposals and presentations to share with clients. with the support of the in-house team. Project managing bespoke events from concept through to completion. Working to Plant Designs core values and contributing to achieve quarterly sales targets and KPI’s. Working with our in-house Design, Operations, Production and Horticultural teams to ensure we are delivering a quality service. Working with the Accounting department to ensure client orders are managed efficiently.
