Plant & Machine Parts is a fast-growing company supplying high-quality machinery parts across the construction and plant industry. With over two years of rapid growth, we’re entering an exciting phase of expansion in 2026, and we’re looking for talented individuals to join our team.
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to drive sales, build strong relationships with clients, and support our growth objectives.
Responsibilities:- Identify, engage, and manage relationships with new and existing customers
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, cold calls, and market research
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Track sales metrics, update CRM regularly, and provide reports to management
- Collaborate with marketing or social media teams to support sales initiatives
- Keep up-to-date with product ranges and industry trends (basic knowledge sufficient)
- Assist customers with inquiries or minor issues, escalating when necessary
