Make A Difference Everyday. Barclay House is a 29 bedded nursing and residential home that specialises in supporting individuals with Brain Injury, Learning Disability/Autism, Mental Health and Complex needs.

We are looking for dedicated and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team.

What You'll be Doing:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop tailored therapy plans for residents with a range of communication and swallowing needs.
  • Work collaboratively with care staff, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide training and support to staff to ensure consistent communication strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning and reviews.

What You'll Need:

  • Is a qualified Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC registration.
  • Has experience working with adults with complex needs, neurological conditions, or learning disabilities.
  • Is empathetic, proactive, and a strong communicator.
  • Enjoys working as part of a supportive and person-centred team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £17.13 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
