What you’ll get to do:
- As a Sales Manager UK, you will be leading our sales team from the front, and you will manage and execute the sales process.
- Drive regional performance by optimizing team efficiency, effectiveness and ensuring the fulfillment of set targets.
- Oversee, support and empower team members to reach their individual targets.
- Monitor and improve key KPIs like Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Gross Revenue Retention (GRR) and Renewal Rate through proactive customer engagement.
- Lead public webinars and represent the company by speaking at industry events.
- Bring a responsible, accurate and results-driven working style to the team.
- Continuously deepen industry and product knowledge to effectively respond to client needs and overcome challenges.

Who you are:
