Do you want to drive the success of innovative software solutions while shaping strategic partnerships? At Planon, part of Schneider Electric, you will act as the connecting link between Solutions Centers, Business Areas, marketing, and sales. You will ensure our solutions are positioned, understood, and sold effectively by sales teams and partners such as SAP and Schneider Electric. You will translate market insights into compelling value propositions, pricing principles, and go-to-market strategies. In doing so, you accelerate go-to-market initiatives, strengthen partnerships, and ensure Planon stands out in a competitive market.
What you will do:
- Translate complex software solutions into clear value propositions, pricing principles, and messaging;
- Develop sales enablement materials for internal teams and partners such as SAP;
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors in the Real Estate and Facility Management software market and translate insights into commercial opportunities;
- Coordinate complex, international projects with internal teams and partners;
- Advise marketing on content-driven propositions, ensuring messaging aligns with specific market needs;
- Shape go-to-market strategies and product positioning within the portfolio.
Profile:

- 3+ years in an internationally oriented solution or product marketing role for B2B software, SaaS, or ERP, with measurable success in sales enablement, product positioning, and go-to-market launches.
- Led or coordinated complex, international projects across Product, Solutions Centers, Marketing, and Sales, delivering concrete outcomes.
- Analyzed market trends, customer needs, and competitors, translating insights into value propositions and pricing strategies.
- Strong understanding of software solutions, SaaS, or ERP platforms, translating product functionality into commercial value for customers and sales.
- Highly proactive and autonomous, fluent in English and proficiency in Dutch and/or German is a plus.
