At Plannr, we are reimagining the financial planning experience - making it beautifully intuitive, seamless, and rewarding. In an industry burdened by outdated technology and complexity, Plannr is leading the charge to modernise financial planning with innovative solutions. Our mission is simple yet transformative: to empower financial professionals with tools that make their jobs easier, their clients happier, and their businesses more efficient.

As we expand into large-scale enterprise networks, Plannr is evolving from a high-growth CRM platform into a true Operating System for financial advice businesses. This next phase of growth requires disciplined enterprise delivery capability - balancing commercial commitments, technical architecture, and scalable product strategy.

The Opportunity

As Programme Lead – Enterprise, you will take full accountability for the mobilisation and delivery of Plannr’s most complex enterprise programmes. You will translate commercial commitments into structured, sequenced delivery across product, technology, data, and operational rollout - ensuring each programme is governed, financially controlled, and strategically aligned. Working alongside the Product Team, Engineering Lead, Solutions Architect, Data Migration Lead, and Client Services Lead, you will coordinate internal execution while acting as the primary senior interface to the enterprise client.

Your Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Programme Leadership
    • Lead end-to-end enterprise programmes across Discovery, Design, Build, Migration, Testing, and Rollout phases.
    • Translate commercial agreements, Statements of Work, and contractual scope into structured, governed delivery plans.
    • Establish formal programme governance including stage gates, steering committees, executive reporting, and risk oversight.
    • Define programme-level milestones aligned to technical architecture, data sequencing, and integration dependencies.
    • Maintain programme RAID logs, financial tracking, and delivery confidence indicators.
    • Ensure enterprise programmes are delivered in line with agreed timelines, budget parameters, and quality expectations.
  • Cross-Functional Orchestration
    • Act as the central coordination point across Product, Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Data Migration, Client Services, and Integration partners.
    • Work closely with the Architecture team to ensure architectural integrity, sequencing, and infrastructure considerations are aligned to programme milestones.
    • Partner with Technology stakeholders to validate scalability, security, performance, and non-functional requirements.
    • Coordinate with the Data Migration Lead to align extraction, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning across multiple entities.
    • Ensure integration partners and third-party vendors operate within agreed governance frameworks and technical standards.
    • Align delivery activity across configuration, integration, data, testing, and phased rollout workstreams.
    • Provide structured oversight to the Programme Manager, ensuring day-to-day execution reflects programme governance and commercial commitments.
    • Protect the boundary between core roadmap, accelerated development, and bespoke work to avoid uncontrolled technical debt.
  • Change Control and Commercial Governance
    • Design and operate a structured change control framework including triage, impact assessment, prioritisation, costing, and approval governance.
    • Ensure scope expansion is transparent, documented, and commercially aligned.
    • Provide clear reporting on budget utilisation, margin impact, and forecast variance.
    • Balance commercial discipline with long-term strategic client relationships.
    • Ensure programme commitments do not compromise core platform scalability or product integrity.
  • Executive and Enterprise Stakeholder Management
    • Operate confidently at C-level and Board level within enterprise client organisations.
    • Engage effectively with client-side Technology, Architecture, PMO, Compliance, and Risk functions.
    • Organise and co-chair steering committees and executive governance forums.
    • Translate complex technical and architectural concepts into clear commercial narratives.
    • Manage expectation alignment across phased delivery, transformation milestones, and roadmap evolution.
    • Escalate risk early, constructively, and with clear mitigation plans.
  • Delivery Framework and Capability Development
    • Embed Plannr’s Enterprise Delivery Framework across all large-scale programmes.
    • Continuously refine structured approaches to multi-entity migration, network-level configuration, integration governance, and phased adviser rollouts.
    • Improve enterprise tooling, reporting, documentation, and governance standards.
    • Help mature Plannr’s enterprise delivery capability as the business scales.
