Lead discovery with advisers, clients, and internal teams to define clear, commercially grounded requirements. Translate customer and business needs into prioritised delivery plans that maximise measurable value. Use data, usage insight, and client feedback to continuously refine the product, experience and roadmap.
- Commercial: Ensure the roadmap prioritises commercially viable delivery - weighing the value of features against the cost and effort to build them, and making clear trade-off decisions that keep the product economically sustainable. Build and maintain relationships with strategic partners and key clients, supporting retention and growth. Work with the CEO and leadership team to identify product-led growth opportunities and new revenue streams. Support business development with product expertise, including RFP responses, demos, and prospect conversations.
- Leadership and stakeholders: Lead the Product team (currently three Product Managers and BAs), setting direction, priorities, and standards. Influence stakeholders across the business, including Engineering, Architecture, and the SLT. Champion adviser and client needs across all releases and internal decisions.
- Delivery: Prioritise delivery with Engineering to maximise value and meet programme commitments. Support product launches and ensure commercial readiness across go-to-market, documentation, and client communication.
