We’re Plannr , and we’re building the CRM financial advisers actually want to use. No clunky back-office legacy systems. Now we’re looking for a Client Services Lead to run the show across onboarding, implementation, support, and account management – and help us build a standout client experience as we scale. Lead and grow the team across Implementation, Support & Data Migration Launch new Account Management and Customer Success functions Segment clients, define tiered service models, and track success metrics Handle escalations and strategic accounts with confidence Build out toolkits, playbooks and automation to scale service You’ve led onboarding, client services or delivery teams at a SaaS, CRM or fintech company You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats – team coach, delivery lead, problem solver Bonus if you’ve worked with adviser tech or UK financial services Smart, humble people building something meaningful Competitive salary + bonus + share options Fully remote & flexible working
