We’re Plannr, and we’re building the CRM financial advisers actually want to use. No clunky back-office legacy systems. No endless tickets. Just seamless onboarding, happy clients and scalable success.

Now we’re looking for a Client Services Lead to run the show across onboarding, implementation, support, and account management – and help us build a standout client experience as we scale.

What you’ll do

  • Own the full post-sale journey – from discovery to adoption
  • Lead and grow the team across Implementation, Support & Data Migration
  • Launch new Account Management and Customer Success functions
  • Segment clients, define tiered service models, and track success metrics
  • Handle escalations and strategic accounts with confidence
  • Build out toolkits, playbooks and automation to scale service
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product to drive usage and upsell
  • Champion the client voice internally and constantly push for better

What we’re looking for

  • You’ve led onboarding, client services or delivery teams at a SaaS, CRM or fintech company
  • You’re hands-on with clients, commercially savvy, and love scaling good process
  • You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats – team coach, delivery lead, problem solver
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with adviser tech or UK financial services
