My client is a highly respected, design-led architectural practice specialising in exceptional high-end and super prime residential projects.

They are looking to appoint a Senior Architect or Associate to play a key role in leading the delivery of bespoke luxury homes, working closely with discerning private clients and skilled consultant teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced architect with a passion for beautifully crafted residential architecture, who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through to completion.

The Role

You will lead the design and technical delivery of prestigious residential schemes, managing projects, clients and project teams while ensuring the highest standards of design and execution.

Projects include

  • Super prime private residences
  • High-end refurbishments and retrofit projects
  • Grade II and Grade II* listed buildings
  • Luxury interior architecture and bespoke fit-outs

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have

  • ARB registration and a recognised degree in Architecture (or equivalent).
  • Extensive experience delivering high-end or super prime residential projects in the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of refurbishment, retrofit and listed building projects.
  • Experience leading luxury interior architecture schemes.
  • Excellent Auto CAD skills.
  • The confidence to lead project teams and mentor junior staff.
  • Strong client-facing experience with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • Experience liaising with contractors, consultants and wider design teams throughout all project stages.
  • Excellent technical detailing and project delivery skills.
