With an impressive portfolio of high-end private residences and bespoke interior schemes, they are seeking a talented Senior Architect, Associate, or Senior Associate to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced design professional with a strong background in luxury residential architecture and interiors to take a leading role on prestigious projects across all RIBA stages.
The successful candidate will lead the delivery of high-end residential and interior architecture projects from concept through to completion. Working within a fast-paced and collaborative studio environment, you will manage projects, lead teams, liaise directly with clients and consultants, and ensure the highest standards of design and technical delivery throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage luxury and super-prime residential projects across all RIBA stages
- Oversee project teams and coordinate consultants throughout the project lifecycle
- Produce and review detailed technical and construction information
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Lead projects from concept design through to onsite delivery and completion
- Mentor and support junior team members
- Ensure projects are delivered to programme, budget, and the highest design standards
- Work collaboratively within a fast-paced studio environment
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture or equivalent qualification essential
- ARB registration preferred but not essential
- Extensive experience working on luxury residential and interiors projects
- Proven experience running projects and leading teams
- Strong technical knowledge and detailing ability
- High proficiency in AutoCAD is essential
- Excellent design sensibility with a strong understanding of bespoke residential architecture and interiors
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work efficiently within a fast-paced environment
