A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Architect, Senior Architect, or Associate Architect with experience in high-end residential projects to join a well-established, design-led practice. This role is perfect for candidates across levels, from recently qualified Part 3 to Associate, who are passionate about delivering beautifully crafted residential architecture.
The Role
- You will work on a range of high-end residential projects, including:
- Prime residential properties
- Listed and conservation projects
- New-build traditional houses and larger-scale traditional developments
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of high-end residential projects
- Work across a range of project scales, from one-off houses to larger traditional developments
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure design quality and technical excellence
- Produce high-quality drawings, presentations, and project documentation using Revit or Archicad
- For senior/associate candidates: lead project teams and support business development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with planning, conservation, and technical regulations
Requirements
- Qualified Architect (ARB-registered) or Part 3 candidate
- Proven experience on high-end residential, listed, conservation, or traditional build projects
- Portfolio demonstrating a range of project scales and types
- Proficiency in Revit or Archicad
- Strong client-facing skills and excellent verbal and written communication
- For senior/associate candidates: experience leading teams and some exposure to business development
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and technical delivery
