A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Architect, Senior Architect, or Associate Architect with experience in high-end residential projects to join a well-established, design-led practice. This role is perfect for candidates across levels, from recently qualified Part 3 to Associate, who are passionate about delivering beautifully crafted residential architecture.

The Role

  • You will work on a range of high-end residential projects, including:
  • Prime residential properties
  • Listed and conservation projects
  • New-build traditional houses and larger-scale traditional developments
  • The role is client-facing and, for senior or associate candidates, involves team leadership and the opportunity to contribute to business development.
  • Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of high-end residential projects
    • Work across a range of project scales, from one-off houses to larger traditional developments
    • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams to ensure design quality and technical excellence
    • Produce high-quality drawings, presentations, and project documentation using Revit or Archicad
    • For senior/associate candidates: lead project teams and support business development initiatives
    • Ensure compliance with planning, conservation, and technical regulations

    Requirements

    • Qualified Architect (ARB-registered) or Part 3 candidate
    • Proven experience on high-end residential, listed, conservation, or traditional build projects
    • Portfolio demonstrating a range of project scales and types
    • Proficiency in Revit or Archicad
    • Strong client-facing skills and excellent verbal and written communication
    • For senior/associate candidates: experience leading teams and some exposure to business development
    • Strong understanding of UK building regulations and technical delivery
