A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an ARB-registered Architect with 2–5 years post-qualification experience to join a well-established architectural practice based just 30 seconds from Old Street Station.
The successful Architect will work across a range of exciting student accommodation, residential and mixed-use projects, including schemes in Glasgow and Swansea, alongside residential and mixed-use developments across Kent.
We are looking for a technically strong Architect with excellent Stage 4 detailing experience and a solid understanding of facades and construction detailing. Experience working on modular or off-site construction projects would be highly desirable.
The Role
- Working on large-scale student accommodation schemes
- Contributing to residential and mixed-use developments
- Producing detailed technical information through RIBA Stage 4
- Developing façade and construction details
- Coordinating technical information with consultants and project teams
- Working within a Revit-based environment
- Supporting projects from technical design through to construction
- Potentially working on modular/off-site construction schemes
About You
- ARB registered Architect
- 2–5 years post-qualification experience
- Strong technical and construction knowledge
- Proven Stage 4 detailing experience
- Strong understanding of façade design and detailing
- Excellent Revit skills are essential
- Experience with modular construction would be a significant advantage
- Experience across student accommodation, residential or mixed-use projects
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable working collaboratively within a studio environment
- Must be willing to work 5 days per week in the London office
