Opportunity to join a creative and expanding interior design studio based in Southwest London as an Interior Architect working on high-end residential projects.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience working within the interior design / interior architecture industry at Midweight or Senior level
- A strong, well-curated portfolio demonstrating personal design style and full design development
- Excellent technical knowledge with the ability to produce detailed drawing packages
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- A meticulous eye for detail and a professional approach to both digital and physical presentations
- Experience developing designs with buildability, budget, and joinery detailing in mind
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Managing projects from concept through to completion
- Producing detailed architectural drawings, layouts, and bespoke design elements
- Preparing finishes, FF&E, lighting, sanitaryware, and joinery schedules
- Presenting design proposals to clients and internal teams
- Liaising directly with clients to translate briefs into functional, inspiring spaces
- Attending and overseeing site visits, resolving issues and maintaining design intent
- Coordinating contractors and fit-out teams on live projects
