The Role This position offers the chance to oversee projects from concept through to completion, ensuring creative excellence and technical precision. You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, lead a team of designers, and collaborate closely with consultants to bring visionary designs to life. Your Key Responsibilities * Spearhead the design and delivery of interior projects, ensuring quality and innovation. * Engage with clients to interpret briefs and transform ideas into exceptional design solutions. * Mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and creative studio environment. * Manage project workflows, deadlines, and budgets efficiently. * Develop technical drawings, specifications, and material selections. * Oversee coordination with consultants and ensure seamless project execution. * Deliver compelling design presentations to clients and stakeholders.
