Our client, a Design & Build company, are looking to appoint a Senior Architectural Technician / Technologist to lead commercial office fit-out schemes. The company offer a variety of services including design management, fit-out, refurbishment, architectural shell & core design and delivery. The commercial work varies from corporate offices, data centres, retail to bars and restaurants.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- 4 years practice experience working as an Architectural Technician, Architectural Technologist or project leader.
- Strong technical detailing abilities.
- A proven background working on fit-out or refurbishment schemes is essential.
- Proficient Revit abilities are essential, therefore only apply if you can hit the ground running.
- A proven background of running projects to completion, with strong client facing abilities.
