Opportunity to join a reputable Architecture studio in Central London as a Bids & Business Development Manager. This is a key hire for the business and a role that is centred around driving new business opportunities through client engagement, market research and bids.
Example responsibilities include:
- Identifying new business opportunities and developing BD strategies
- Creation of a CRM system to track relationships, leads and tender opportunities
- Attend industry events and networking sessions
- Lead coordination, prep and submissions of bids and tender
- Maintaining and developing a bid library
