My client, a design-led architecture practice in Central London, is seeking a Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their team. You will work on large-scale residential, hotel, and co-living projects across the UK, supporting schemes at multiple RIBA stages in a collaborative studio environment.
The Role
- Work across all RIBA stages, producing drawings, planning submissions, and construction packages
- Contribute to design reviews and workshops
- Assist with client presentations and coordination with external consultants
- Support and mentor Part 1 Architectural Assistants
Skills & Experience
- Part 2 qualified with 1–2+ years’ experience, ideally on multi-unit residential, hotel, or co-living projects
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and Planning
- Excellent design and technical skills in Vectorworks 2D/3D and Adobe Creative Suite
- Confident communicator, client and contractor facing
- Eligible to work in the UK
Desirable: 3D modelling/rendering (SketchUp, Enscape), NBS specification experience
Benefits
- Salary: £32,000–£36,000 (DOE)
