My client is a renowned London-based architectural practice with an outstanding reputation for delivering complex, technically driven projects across the UK and internationally. Known for their collaborative culture and design excellence, they are currently seeking an experienced Architect or Architectural Technologist with Data Centre and/or Mission Critical sector experience to join their growing team.

The Role
The successful candidate will play a key role in the delivery of mission critical and data centre projects across all project stages, from concept design through to construction and completion. You will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, producing high-quality technical information, and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to the delivery of Data Centre and Mission Critical projects across multiple RIBA stages
- Coordinate project teams, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Produce and review technical design and construction documentation
- Support project delivery through both traditional and design & build procurement routes
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to ongoing business development opportunities
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards
- Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Qualified Architect or Architectural Technologist
- Minimum 3+ years’ post-qualification experience, ideally including project leadership responsibilities
- Proven experience working on Data Centre and/or Mission Critical projects
- Strong technical and detailing knowledge with excellent design awareness
- Proficiency in Revit and relevant industry software platforms
- Experience delivering projects through traditional and design & build procurement routes
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial awareness with a client-focused approach
- Knowledge of construction regulations, contracts, and best practice standards
