We are working with a growing and highly regarded interiors business based in Southwest London that delivers high-end residential and developer-led projects across London and the Southeast. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded and hands-on Project Manager with strong experience working on high-end residential projects during construction.

The Role

Working closely with the interior design and business development teams, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects from inception through to completion. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard. The successful candidate will be confident managing live sites, coordinating trades and suppliers, and maintaining strong communication across all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple residential interior projects simultaneously
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
  • Coordinate contractors, consultants, suppliers, and site teams
  • Monitor project programmes, budgets, variations, and costs
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Identify and resolve issues proactively before escalation
  • Liaise closely with design and commercial teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintain high standards of communication and stakeholder management across all projects

Requirements

  • 3 years experience working as a project manager on residential construction projects
  • Experience delivering high-end residential or developer-led projects preferred
  • Strong practical understanding of construction sequencing, trades, and site delivery
  • Proven client-facing experience with the ability to manage expectations effectively
  • Experience managing budgets, tracking costs, and handling project variations
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Confident communicator with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
  • Comfortable working within a fast-paced and collaborative environment
