Architect / Project Architect – High-End Residential & Heritage
An established, design-led architectural practice is looking for a talented Architect / Project Architect to join its growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on an exceptional portfolio of high-end residential, heritage, listed and hospitality projects, combining sensitive restoration with contemporary design.
Current projects include a Grade II listed hotel refurbishment and extension, a prominent City of London office renovation, luxury apartments in Kensington and the transformation of a Grade I listed building.
What They’re Looking For
- ARB registered Architect, ideally 1–5 years’ post-Part 3
- Strong design, technical and delivery experience
- Experience across high-end residential, heritage, listed buildings or retrofit
- Excellent detailing and communication skills
- Confident working with clients, consultants and project teams
- Vectorworks advantageous but not essential
